Happy New Art
It's a new year and I have finally posted not one, but two new peices! You can find "Who, When, Where" under Fiber and Anxieties and "Looking Back" under Paper and Excerpts.
"Looking Back" made a few changes from when it first started, mostly due to things not going as planned. Sometimes that is the best part of making art: taking something that went wrong and adapting to it. In this case, it has given me some new ideas and I'm really excited!
On another note:
It's only 10 days into 2016 and I already have new work up and I have obtained a "new" loom! As you can see above, it is currently in pieces on the studio floor, but hopefully not for long since it is definitely in the way and my dog is very confused by it. I am excited to actually have my own loom since the current one I have been using is borrowed; not to mention the new one is much larger! The studio is finally coming together!

Lastly, there is still time to sign up for my frame weaving class over at VisArts! 1-330 pm every Saturday this coming February. There's only a few spots left!
If you are interested in taking frame weaving, but you can't make it in February, don't worry! I will be teaching the class again in March!
I hope to see you there!
